MEERA offers its customers the possibility of replacing the purchased goods with any item of equal value.

The customer may exercise the right of replacement or withdrawal within 14 days. Taking advantage of this possibility is simple, just follow the following procedure:

– send an e-mail to info@meera.it within 14 days indicating all the data required (First Name, Last Name, order number and article in question);

– the products must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging complete in all its parts and with adequate outer packaging carefully sealed;

– transport costs for returns shall be borne by the customer;

– once the goods have arrived at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

REFUND POLICY

Making a return is easy. You can request a return within 14 days after delivery of your order.

Here’s how:

– Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make the refund;

– To make the return and ask for a refund, you will have to contact the e-mail address info@meera.it or the telephone number +39 3405217793 indicating the personal details of the person who made the purchase, the date of purchase of the goods and the items purchased;

– After acceptance of the return by the company, book the courier to arrange collection of the package;

– Your return will be processed within 3 working days after delivery of the package to our warehouse. Refund times vary according to credit institutions. Only the cost of the purchased product will be refunded; any shipping costs or additional services will not be refunded;

– If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense and the refund will not be made.
